Alright, smartiepants, let me rephrase.  There is no standard syntax
when it comes to alpha case, among other "some do it this way, some do
it that way, some put in these info lines, some do not" discrepancies.
In other words, some MIME's say "base64", some say "Base64", some say
"BASE64"... and that's what was hanging up BSC-It until a few days ago,
it was being case-sensitive instead of case-insensitive.  Happily it
only looks for two info lines (which all Base64's have):  the line which
says that it is a Base64 and the line which has "name=" in it.

And with this insensitivity and simplicity, BSC-It 2.1a2 decodes any
Base64 it comes across, providing the mail editor the person used
doesn't throw "="'s between every character or at the end of every line,
like some do.  That's a bug in somebody's works, knowwhatImean? =20
