2gs net keyboard

I am trying to figure out how to use this 2gs on the net.  I have figured 
out how to sign on using Zlink but it isn't easy,  My biggest problem is 
that there are no functioning arrow keys.  All I can do is read email and 
sometimes this newsgroup.  I have the terminal set to umulate a vt 100 
but, for instance, if I dial up the library, I can't move the cursor 
around.  The only arrow key that works is left arrow and it acts like a 
backspace.  The backspace key doesn't work at all.  Where do I start to 
solve this problem?
