I tell you what.  How about Randy writes the stuff, and Nathan puts it in
the FAQ.  The problem here is not that Randy refuses to help out with
this, but that Nathan seems unwilling to put the new info into the FAQ in
a useful fashion.  Because the comp.sys.apple2 FAQ constitutes the main
place for having info about the Apple II, having Randy write his own
specific FAQ on transferring to from a Mac will be useless, since people
would not now to look for it.  By the way, I should say this is the first
time I've seen a problem come and be solved with Nathan refusing to put it
in the FAQ.  In all other instances, he immediately adds the new
information (who's the platform pusher now, buddy?).
