Oh? Refer to this post back from Feb.:

And some people also believe that O.J. Simpson is innocent. Are they
Dr. Tom defenders too?

:) Burger :)

Hey Burger,

Are you implying that if somebody did something in the past, then they are
still doing it and are simply a liar, if they claim not to be doing it?
Guess what Bill, we are all liars in our own little ways.

Then Dr. Death must still be an active character in the old warez world?
Still kracking copy protected software with that krack screen, and
uploading it to all those BBS' from years ago? I still remember it very
well Bill, as though it were yesterday.

Comparing Charles Turley with OJ Simpson is a rather childish comparison.
I personally thing OJ Simpson is guilty. I don't think Charles Turley is
guilty of anything bad over the last four years of his Apple II activities
on the Internet. I do think he's being played for a grand fool by a lot of
people in the Apple II community now, should stop trying to prove
anything, any more to anybody, give it up and forget the Apple II
community.

Vintage "Dr. Tom", especially the part about leaving the Apple II
community. (Can you say "martyr syndrome"?) The author is obviously a
temporary account on AOL, no doubt from those damn startup disks they
send out all the time. Furthermore, if this "author" is legitimate,
don't you think it's funny that the post above was his one and only
post? Consider the evidence:

So here we have someone that signs himself on to AOL to make one post
here on csa2. If that doesn't convince you, how about this:

I challenge you, Mr. "nfz46@aol.com", to come forward and identify yourself!
(With proof.)

You can't, because you're really Chuck Turley. (Sheesh, scraping the
bottom of the barrel when you have to post a bogus message to defend
yourself, eh?) For that matter, why _DO_ you always have to defend
yourself? Sounds like a clue to me, folks.

But, I have a solution! Read your own post, Chuckles! Then read it
again and act on it:

 >>I do think he's being played for a grand fool by a lot of people in the
 >>Apple II community now, should stop trying to prove anything, any more
 >>to anybody, give it up and forget the Apple II community.

BTW, the purpose of this post to point out that Chuckie is _NOT_ above
posing as another person. I am not saying that "Scott G." is Turley.
(Although it is an interesting theory.) Sorry about the wasted bandwidth.

Cheers!
