Were you the copyright holder of the content that you scanned? (You
weren't.)

Were you credited for providing the scans? (You were, as Sean pointed
out.)

Did Tony get permission from the actual copyright holder of the
content? (He did.)

For that matter, did you provide the scans directly to Tony, or did he
pull them off of your website without crediting you, and taking all
credit for it? (It appears that you did provide them to him,
considering that he said that they were PROVIDED by you. And, well,
that kinda means that you WERE credited.)

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you're going to try to make
up some story about how your house was broken into through an unlocked
window, and someone uploaded them to Tony using your account.</sarcasm>
