Section 6.6 does mention that program, and has ever since I took
over maintenance of the FAQ. However, since the original question was
related to BMPs and the GS only, I trimmed down my requoting to be
relevant just to that question. Sorry, probably should have made that
more clear. If you want the full text of that section, go to the URL
mentioned above and read up on it.
