GS losing connection through FastPath

Ok, looks like a problem has popped up.  My GS keeps losing it's 
Appletalk connection to the PC.  Here's a quick description...

The Fastpath has defined a zone called "Default Zone", and the GS sees that 
just fine.  However, after mounting PC drives on the GS, and waiting about 4-5 
minutes, a window all of the sudden pops up and says "The server "Pentium-100" 
has unexpectadly shut down" and the drives disappear.  

At first, I thought the PC might have been disconnecting for some reason.  
But, the mac has no problem staying on the PC for hours, so it's not that.  

Also, when I go back into the Appleshare CDEV right after the GS loses the PC 
drives, The PC is no longer listed, and neither is the "Default Zone".  Ahah!  
So now, the problem appears to be with the Fastpath/GS communication.  

Does anybody know why the fastpath would just disconnect from the GS like 
that?  Would it have something to do with the Appletalk Phase?  I *think* 
there are options to configure the Fastpath as Phase I or Phase II Appletalk.
