Wanted: Appleshare IIe Software

I'm looking for the disk of utilities which accompanied the Apple II
Workstation card.  According to the manual, it was a 3.5" diskette
titled: 

Appleshare IIe Workstation Disk

I have one of the cards, but the previous owner had apparently
misplaced the disk.
