     It's down and has been for about a week (as far as I know.) It
probably is spring break at the University of Iowa and nobody's around to
reboot the machine.  keep trying though, it'll come back up eventually.  
It's too bad that there is no mirror.  In the mean time, try 
apple2.caltech.edu.  It's got almost as much stuff to grab.
