I'm not aware of an driver specific to the IW II, but you should certainly
make sure that you have the most up-to-date driver in you Extensions
folder.  My old Mac Performa 400 has the ImageWriter driver version 7.0.1
that came with the System 7.1P6 software. (P6 is a Performa version.)  I'm
not sure if a later version exists, but the Apple website's probably the
best place to look.  Check out their FTP site for printer driver updates.

(No idea on color problems.  I've never tried it.)
