DiversiDOS, what's the scoop?

     Does anybody know the status of DiversiDOS and what happened to
Diversified Software?  I am interested in obtaining a working copy of
DiversiDOS to speed up my DOS 3.3 stuff.  I have found a copy on
apple2.archive.umich.edu but it is unusable.  The docs say that it is $35
shareware but may be freely distributed.  Can someone enlighten me
further?
