I use ADT v1.21.  You can pick it up from ftp.apple.asimov.net.  It is
a freeware program that will do a null-modem disk transfer to (and
from) an Apple II to a PC.  Complete instructions are included in the
.zip archive.  Once you have the disk images on your PC, there are
other utilities to extract the files you want.
