   You might be able to find one for sale on the usenet group
comp.sys.apple2.marketplace. There's no real electronic 'manual'
available online, but there are several web sites that have a lot of
references. I maintain the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ) at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html which covers a
multitude of questions, problems, etc.
