SuperPatch update: still lost. Can anyone help?

John Link's SuperPatch for Appleworks 3.0 allows printing to HP
DeskJet printers. I read (at
http://people.delphi.com:80/chstiles/19960211.html) that:

...but SuperPatch doesn't seem to be there, nor does the sysop know
anything about it.

Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to upload to one of the
Apple II ftp sites?  I would really appreciate it.
