Yes, there are 3.5" drives for the IIe (it must be an enhanced IIe). But if
you are looking at a one-shot transfer of files, it's best to find someone
with an Apple IIe, IIc, or IIgs with a 3.5" drive, and do it with that.
What files are they? If AppleWorks, many Mac programs can read those files
directly, sucha as ClarisWorks. If data files from other programs, they may
have to be converted on the Apple II to ASCII files if not already in that
form, and formatting will be lost.
