ProSel-16 and HFS partitions

Can the latest version of ProSel catalog, read, write, copy to and
from HFS partitions?  I have ProSel v8.69, which cannot do the above.
I wrote to Charly Appleseeds, but he couldn't answer that question.
Anyone here willing to provide some enlightenment before I spend money
on an upgrade?  Also, if you can provide information on what else has
been added/included in the upgrade, I'd really appreciate it.
