Bruin Electronics (www.bruinel.com) seems to have good prices (they
quoted me 50 cents each for 1Mx1, 100ns DRAM) but they ask for a
minimum order of $50.  The guy I spoke with seemed willing to accept a
less-than-minimum order if he could increase the unit price some.
