.sit decoding?

I can unwrap .hqx with GScii ok, and get
.sit or .sea files.
GShr is supposed to handle older .sit files.
So far, I havent found any .sit files it can handle. Hoe do I know which
ones it is supposed to handle?
How can I decompress .sea files on my GS? No way?
