INIT works under good old DOS 3.3. I don't think ProDOS ever implimented
a formatting command; you have to use a separate utility. (Copy ][+ is
nice since you can format as either DOS 3.3 or ProDOS.)
I went straight from DOS 3.3 to GS/OS, so you'll have to excuse any
misinformation I might spout about ProDOS. :)
