a place called computer gate also sends out cables...they may have the
kind you want....they are only like 8 bucks or something for a scsi
cable with 2 centronics ports and 2 regular on the ribbon..they also
have female or male scsi socket ribbons..you could maybe mix and
match...the number is:

if nothing else ask for their catalog..they have the best prices on
cables/plastic ties and other odds and ends i've seen
