Well, in the strictest sense - it is "locked", but as I've also said,
I opened it with no issues. I'm not sure what the actual point of
encryption is, it can still be 100% used within the boundaries of
intention.
Material and META data can not be modified in any way.
I'm beginning to see the circular reference here.. no one can jerk out
someone else's attributes ;-)
It's a nice PDF, I'm certainly glad someone did it. I had no interest
at all in tearing up my copy to do it. While I have several Red books,
I have only one Blue book and the binding on it is practically perfect
despite actually having been used by myself a great number of years
ago.
What I don't see, and would be happy to provide to accompany it, is
the quick reference guide that goes along with it.
I just need to get caught up on KFest stuff before I mess with any
scanning. :)
