   Any text editor can edit html; it just takes a few braincells to
remember the html formatting codes. Most good telcom programs can be
scripted to upload files, so that takes care of that. Pretty much all
the fancy GUI html editors produce an atrocious job of html; no need
to duplicate their bulk or cruddy output.
