No, Apple's DOS 3.3 and ProDOS were not done by Apple, though
ProDOS did pick up a few bad style traits from MS-DOG like shortish
filenames, etc. What Mickeysoft wrote for the Apple II was a fair
amount of work on Applesoft Basic.
Followups sent to comp.sys.apple2, where this is far more
appropriate.
