Apple II disk images.

I want to convert my 5 1/4" Apple II disks (dos and prodos) into disk
images for the mac's emulators.  I know there is a program to do it that
requires the Apple II have a 3 1/2" drive.  I don't have one nor do I
wish to buy one.  I am able to connect the IIc to the mac via serial
cable.  Is there a pair of programs, one for mac & one for Apple II,
that will read the Apple II disk, send the data to the mac, and create
the image?  Thanks.
