Just got a IIe, and need help

I was just given (yep, given!) an Apple IIe.  It works great (my old Star
Trek game on disk seven years old booted in a heartbeat!).  But, since its
been seven years since I used one, I've forgotten most of the commands (if
it isn't load save catalog or run, forget it!).  Does anybody have a FAQ or
text file with all the commands?  Also, how can I find out its specs?  RAM?
what kind of cards?
I know it has a serial card and a 1200-baud modem. and a floppy card?
because I have two unidisks with it.  Can anybody help?  Email reply
