Except for connecting it to the somewhat rare //e emulation card
(which in turn can only be installed in certain macs), Apple II 5.25"
drives cannot be connected to Macs. Your best bet is either copying to
a 3.5" disk and feeding that to a Mac, or transfer via (null) modem.
