Apple II->Mac compression?

Hello,

I was just wondering, are there any freeware or shareware programs for the
Macintosh that would allow you to decompress, unshrink, de-binscii, etc.
Apple IIGS files? I know that there's a program called Shrink II
available, but it's commercial software. 
Or, are there any existing Mac decompression utilities that can read Apple
IIGS compression formats?

Anyway, any information I can  get on this would be great.
