What do you want to do with "commercial" programs ?

Hi Antoine,
Charles T. Turley replies: The above text reads clearly to me! Sorry, if
you didn't exactly understand it. What I was saying was basically that
freeware and Public Domain
software should be distributed freely without any restrictions, concerns
or considerations. On the other hand - "commercial" programs should be
distributed, sold, etc. per the exact dictates of the owner and/or
authorized distributor of such programs.
Should that not be clear enough for you, please email me for additional
clarification and I'll be only to happy to provide any clarification or
additional understanding you request.
