If AppleShare of any kind is loading it will be looking for an
AppleTalk connection.
Set a slot to AppleTalk and see if the problem goes away.
If it doesn't, try resetting BRAM defaults. (turn on with option held
down, select the appropriate option (2 or 3) for NTSC or PAL and see
if it happens still.
I suspect you think you disabled them all, but something is there.
