I thought that the only way to get at that information is to
dig thru some old tomes kept in the dark recesses of the
backmost shelf of the private library of some fossil like myself...
(born back in '51 and gerring a little dusty in the attic by now)
BTW, I dug it out a few months ago when registering IIe 3.0
doing a small conversion program for my IIGS to make .dsk images
to use on my performa...
