   What for ???

Some people have already emailed us to speak of all this. We will see
with them to regulate this. Some of them has proposed to buy the software.

              I think it's a good attitude.

I think it's a good attitide also. Try to think of it all as FREE
publicity, lessons well learned and such - to promote the sales of your
3200 Convert program. I'm going to state it here for all the public to
read and think about. I don't want to be at war with you, Brutal Deluxe,
Joe Kohn or Shareware Solutions II or anybody else for that matter.
War of any type is just plain stupid!

Your mind seems to be set that I did all of this myself - as spiteful
actions against you. That's something I've tried to prove to you that I
didn't do. I CAN'T PROVE IT TO YOU.
Your mind is set and that's that. Then so be it. I'm not going to wear
all the treads off of my tire trying to convience you and Joe Kohn that I
didn't do this or that!
Because some things are just simply impossible to prove to you and him.
Again, so be it! If we have to take the matters to court to prove or
disprove it, then that's what must be done. I'm ready and waiting to deal
with it all before a court of law.

If somebody downloaded your commercial software from anywhere and is
feeling guilty for not paying for it, then they will pay for it. They can
send you the money for it with a note saying they are sorry for what they
did and ashamed of having done it.

There is a lot of good in what is left of the Apple II community and these
incidents can prove that to be true, in the final outcome of it all.

Cheers,
Tom
