"Apple Crunch Updates" (3 disks) only contains (minus Taxman) the games
which have been added or recrunched since the original release (with the
text mode menus). "Apple Crunch Supplement" is a 1-disk version with only
the new games (minus Centipede which didn't fit).
The 8-disk "Apple Crunch v3" collection contains 11 new games and 4 repacks
(version 2 contained 12 repacks, one of which has been repacked again in
v3). Since I was a bit lazy I dispensed with my previous procedure of using
RDOS for speed, and used a more standard DOS (a variant of DOS 3.3), also
with a speedup.
Please note: I have not corrected an issue specific to DOS 3.3 versions
regarding the unpacking of Xevious. I plan to repack this one so that it
will work on DOS 3.3 as well as RDOS. Disk 8 of the current pack is
affected. A v3.1 will be forthcoming.
