Have fonts 2-4x available of what you want to print, or use
Westcode Software's Pointless, which allows you to use Truetype fonts.
Be aware that since the system software has a limitation of a 255
point size (Apple was pretty braindead when they wrote that bit of
code, sorry Apple worshippers), the maximum high quality font you'll
get out of a printer is 63 points for a 300dpi printer (requiring a
font 4x larger than the ~72dpi screen, so its max is 255/4), 127 for a
~150dpi printer.
