Norman will post it to the binaries both the source and compiled code in
ORCA?C.  I just wanted to warn all that it uses standard in and standard
out in other words the syntax as it stands is mime [-e] [-d] <origfilename
>newfilename.  As Mr. Tilghman stated it is ment to decode a job stream.
