Apple Help

Hello apple users.  I would normally hang around a few days and read the
postings here to see if my questions could be answered.  However I haven't
the time so I must just ask.

I had an Apple IIe when I was 14 or so.  I guess my
folks sold it.  Anyways I just picked up an Apple IIc for nothing!  Was
wondering how I might find some floppies for it.

Are there any format/copy utils on the net that would let me format and
copy apple disks using my PC?  If so what are these utils called and where
might I find em?  Also can I use the binaries to make the floppies?

I am not into warez, but I need something to stick in this Apple to see if 
it is alive or not.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
