Try the comp.emulators.apple2 newsgroup.
ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/emulators -- get AppleWin and
ApplePC. You may also need a transfer utility like ADT, which is in
ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/utilities
