    It is a port (by Brutal Deluxe) of the popular game Lemmings, from
Psygnosis. It was quite well known in the Amiga and Atari ST world, and
the past few years, with the PC and several other platforms; I'm surprised  
you've not heard of it. The name was slightly changed to avoid copyright 
issues, though I'm not sure if capitalizing the last two letters works 
(I doubt I could create a computer company called "aPPle CoMpUtER" and 
not get in trouble with Apple's lawyers ;-). Incidentally, the IIgs port 
is called "LemminGS", with no space in-between.

    Rather than explain it, why not download the demo version. You can find 
a copy at: ftp://ground.isca.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16/Games/LemminGS.Demo 
The full-version is available from Shareware Solutions II, but only if you
own or buy a copy of Brutal Deluxe's Convert 3200 (all that is explained
in the documention included with the demo).
