I had to disable Anim.Watch, because I discovered it was locking out
interrupts for a considerable period of time, which was causing file
transfers to fail with Spectrum (with the port speed set to 19200 bps).

This problem should only affect native GS/OS communications packages,
since others will not be displaying the mouse cursor.
