Need source for IIgs cables

I have a friend who got a IIGS at a state auction. He now needs to 
find a source for cables for the monitor, the harddrive, and an 
Imagewriter II that came with it. He is also looking for manuals 
(either Apple or 3-rd party).

If someone could give me a source - mail order preferably - I'd be 
most appreciative.
