Can't configure my RamFast SCSI card

Help!  I've just done something to my RamFAST SCSI card that caused it
to lose it's slot/drive configuration.  Now I can't get my system to
boot from the hard drive, and when booting from diskette, I can't get
ProDOS to recognize the hard drive (GS/OS does fine, but doesn't use
the mapping the RamFAST provides).  I need to get ProDOS to recognize
the drive so that I can run the configuration program, or I need a
firmware "in" to the setup on the board.  I believe there was a key
combination that could be pressed on boot-up, but can't remember what
that is.
