Shareware Solutions II has been making Apple II disks available through
the mail for almost 5 years now, and I have to tell you, I've never
before experienced anything like I have since Brutal Deluxe's LemminGS
was released 2 weeks ago.
I've been copying disks non-stop, or so it seems, and I can barely keep
up with all the orders coming in. I might have to learn how to copy
disks when I'm asleep ;-)
And, to think...I've been so busy copying/mailing disks that I haven't
even had a chance to write a press release to "officially" announce its
availability.
BTW, In case anyone still receives II Alive, check out Geoff Wiess's
review of LemminGS in the latest issue. It's a great, and accurate,
review.
As soon as I get some breathing room, I will mail out copies to the
beta test team. Sorry, guys, for the delay.
Has anyone completed the game yet?
Has Perry Watson figured out Level 11 yet? If not...here's a mini-hint:
The first 10 levels are essentially training levels to get you familiar
with the various skills. On Level 11, you'll have to start combining
skills. Climbers + Floaters = Athletes.
