Do you mean selling off old macs YOU own for parts?
If so, the early "all-in-one" macs are a good source for this
alot of them (classics, SEs, etc.) had 20-40mb HDs and
800k disk drives. If you get these type of machines from a school,
you might luck out and the school upgraded he floppy drives to 1.44mb
which is quite common. If you do buy a bunch of these REAL CHEAP
it sometimes more profitable (and quicker) to just sell these
"universal" components and scrap the other stuff.
