Here's another one, if not listed already:

The MACPride Strong Man keyboard is an ADB model and works great with a
IIGS.  It's a clone of the AppleDesign Keyboard with function keys, etc. 
Alltech Electronics used to sell this board new, I don't know if they
still carry it or not.
