A couple of years ago, I was in the *exact* same boat you are. Here is 
what I ended up with:

It might not look platinum, but the 3.5" drive is a SuperDrive (G7287). 
The 5.25" drives are both A9M0107's. The monitor is the AppleColor 
Composite Monitor IIe (A2M6021) and it sits on the IIe case perfectly. 
The Kensington System Saver is the Platinum IIe edition (that is, it 
has the Platinum IIe on the box).
