Asimov (the program) warning

Just a warning to people with a hardware setup like mine that using the
program "Asimov" to turn a disk image into a real disk can be very
hazardous.

My hardware setup: I have a ROM01 GS with AppleTalk on, so I have to put
my SCSI card in slot 6. In slot 5 I have an external 3.5" drive and a
controller card for 5.25" disks. With this setup I can use either the 3.5"
or 5.25" cards by setting the "Slots" control panel appropriately for slot
5 and rebooting.

My experience: I made sure that my 5.25" drives were active, I ran Asimov,
and without either asking or checking that the 5.25" drives were actually
in slot 6, it effectively turned the boot partition of my hard drive into
a 140K volume, destroying all the information on it.

I sent some mail to Ninja Force about this, using the address on their web
site, but the mail bounced. Jesse, Clue, if either of you read this and
decide to add a couple of features to Asimov to prevent this happening to
others, please dedicate them to me and the hours I spent getting my drive
to where it was. :-(
