There is a nice utility called Apple Disk Transfer (ADT 1.2). It is
freeware on most of the Apple II ftp sites.
The program has two parts: One runs on a PC with MS-DOS, the other
one on an Apple II with DOS 3.3. The computers are connected via a
serial cable (Super Serial Card or //c port to PC COM: port).
Now you can 'copy' from the Disk II drive to the .DSK image and vice
versa. ADT transfers the whole disk, no single files, therefore every
disk, which can be read by a regular copy program, can be transferred
(as far as I know even CP/M disks, but nobody needs them on an
emulator).
