Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html has extensive notes
(section 5) on how to get Binscii to your machine without a
preexisting copy of either binscii or shrinkit, just a way to get a
file to a ProDOS disk. Once that's done, Shrinkit's easy, and you're
in business.
It also mentions (section 10.2) Steve Cavanaugh's $3 5.25" disk
with comm software, and possibly also ProDOS as well. Real good deal
if you're up and getting started.
