On the IIgs, TurboMouse is supposed to act like a mouse substitute
with a few simple frills. There is no need for special drivers.

If your TM does not work well, it is likely that it needs to be
cleaned; OR, it is incompatible with your GS.

Supposedly, of course, Kensington's ADB TM's (at least, the earlier
moderls) are compatible with the IIgs.The explanation for possible
incompatibility is kind of weird. When Kensington's designers were
developing the first TM's, they used newer GS's-- true ROM-01 machines
released some time after the Woz and other ROM-00 models. All of their
design and testing was done with the newer machines.

It turns out that Apple introduced a modified ADB Controller in the
new machines. Given the rash of ADB-related crashes (e.g. 0911 errors),
this made sense. Unfortunately, according to Kensington, Apple neglected
to publicize the change. As a result, TM designers did not check out their
devices on early GS's and did not acommodate differences in ADB
Controllers. Older IIgs's will not, generally, work correctly with
TurboMeese.
