Yes, but you'll have to set that slot to 'Your Card' from the
control panel, and possibly give up some functionality in doing so.
Except for boards that mainly use the slot for power (accelerators,
video boards to a lesser degree), you can't use a slot and the
associated port at once. Please read section 4.1 of the
comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html for more detail about
slots, ports, and what should go where.
