Document for Mountain Hardware Clock Card?

I've got a working Mountain Hardware Apple Clock Card... and after about
thirty minutes of trying to determine the entry points in its ROM, I've
decided to ask the net for information instead.

If you have the manual for use of this card, can you contact me? I'd like
to arrange a loan or copying of the manual.

If you've searched the Web and turned up the same information (I couldn't
find it after about ten tries with Alta Vista..), please do point me at
the URL!
